WINTER MOONLIGHT

Making his Mallorca debut, Evgeny Grinko brings his intimate and captivating universe to SONSDENIT. Originally a noise rock musician, the Russian pianist and composer took a sharp and moving turn in his career when he released a simple piano piece titled Valse — which became an international viral sensation and opened the path to his neoclassical journey.

Since then, Grinko has crafted delicate compositions such as Jane Maryam, Field, and See You Tomorrow, resonating with millions of listeners worldwide. His music blends cinematic atmosphere, subtle melancholy, and a quiet sense of humour. Fans of Ludovico Einaudi and the late Jóhann Jóhannsson will feel at home in his sound.

As Grinko puts it: “Each new composition feels like a small miracle. And when you create a miracle, naturally, you want to share it with the world.”

His latest album, Winter Moonlight (2025), recorded in his Istanbul home, invites the listener on a poetic journey through changing seasons and shifting lights.
