Pink Room is an experimental work of musical theatre formed by the projection of a series of site-specific actions and the staging of a corpus of 13 songs, which immerse the spectator in the different stages of the journey that makes up the piece.

This performance represents the process, from denial to acceptance, that the subject faces during the construction of their own identity as a result of a long journey of introspection and self-knowledge, which deconstructs and subverts in its essence, the binary conception and representation of gender and sexuality, in the midst of patriarchy.

It also highlights the transcendence of local identity – having been born in Menorca – in the construction of stereotypes and models of conduct with regard to the way of understanding gender and sexuality in a space isolated by water and nature.
